MASHlife is a community-driven app designed for social dancers. It helps dancers discover and review social dance events, including socials, lessons, and festivals. Event hosts can create profiles, share details about their events, and receive feedback from attendees. Vendors can also showcase dance-related products like shoes, costumes, and accessories, and more.
To host an event, simply create a host account in the app. From your profile section, you can easily add new events by entering details like date, time, location, description, photos, website links, and social media. Hosts may also use category tags to improve visibility and help dancers quickly find the kind of events they're looking for. If you notice one of your events already listed on MASHlife, you can choose to claim it—once approved, it will be added to your profile.
No—MASHlife does not process any payments. For hosts, if your event requires tickets or registration, you can include a link to your preferred ticketing site, and users will be redirected there to complete their purchase. For vendors, product listings can link directly to your online store or website, where customers can browse and buy. All transactions happen outside of the MASHlife app.
After attending an event, you can leave a review directly on the event page or the host’s profile in the app. Share your thoughts, rate your experience, and help fellow dancers discover quality events. Your feedback also gives hosts valuable insight to keep improving future experiences.
