MASHlife Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MASHlife (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MASHlife mobile application (“App”) and related services (“Services”), including the promotion of events and products, and user ratings and reviews.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality.
  • In addition, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

3. Vendor Transactions

  • MASHlife does not process any purchases or refunds.
  • Instead, all event registrations, ticket purchases, product sales, returns, and refunds are handled directly through third-party vendors or event hosts.
  • Furthermore, MASHlife is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of events or products.

4. Ratings and Reviews

  • Users may rate and review events, hosts, and users.
  • However, reviews must be honest, respectful, and not violate any law.
  • As such, we reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law.
  • Post harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the App belongs to MASHlife or its licensors. Therefore, you may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • The App and Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
  • Additionally, MASHlife makes no guarantees regarding any event, product, vendor, or host promoted through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MASHlife’s liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MASHlife against any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to legal fees, damages, and other liabilities.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
